Support for Burnout Recovery

If your score is high, know that you're not broken—you’re burned out. Your mind and body are signaling that something needs to change, not that something is wrong with you.

Autistic burnout is often the result of prolonged stress, unmet needs, and unsustainable demands—especially in environments that don’t honor your neurotype.

Recovery is possible. With rest, support, and more neurodivergent-affirming spaces, many people gradually reconnect with their energy, self-trust, and sense of well-being.
